Message from the Chair

A huge welcome to Life Changers Awards 2011, the most acclaimed, credible and well attended event will once again hold at one of London’s most prestigious hotels – London Hilton Dockland – on the evening of Saturday 12th of November, 2011.

Independently judged, Life Changers Awards are designed to genuinely recognise excellence in community development. Acknowledging the contributions made by businesses, civic leaders, charities and service providers as well as those successful individuals who truly set the standard, these Awards are the most sought after accolade. This year is significant as Life Changers will be hosting an International Development Conference on Friday 11th of November 2011, a day before the Awards Ceremony.

This conference is the result of a historic partnership involving Government, international development agencies, private sector and non-governmental organisations towards promoting community driven development. This conference gives non-governmental organisations the opportunity to hear and debate on funding issues, with key international funders.

Life Changers has a long history of organising events, last year’s Awards ceremony was very glamorous and was the most glittering to date. Guests enjoyed a red carpet reception, lavish dinner, comedy, charity fashion runway and an exciting awards presentation.
